Lunar Coffee Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting our site or purchasing from Lunar Coffee, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions & Specialty Sourcing

Lunar Coffee offers micro-lot and specialty coffee cultivated in the Chiriquí region of Panama and dispatched from our facilities within the United States. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Harvest Availability, Single-Origin Lots, and Non-Substitution

  • Seasonal Agricultural Limits: Our coffees are produced in limited quantities on a single estate harvest cycle in Chiriquí. Once a specific micro-lot, variety, or harvest year sells out, there is no immediate reorder or replenishment until subsequent seasons, if at all.

  • No Substitution Guarantee: A listed product may sell out before inventory syncs conclude. In the event an ordered coffee is unavailable, Lunar Coffee reserves the right to cancel that portion of the order and issue a full refund. We are not obligated to substitute an alternate lot, roast profile, or variety.

3. Pricing and Order Accuracy

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or omissions, and to modify or cancel affected orders accordingly.

4. Food & Product Information

Descriptions, tasting notes (e.g., jasmine, bergamot, stone fruit), and process profiles are sensory descriptions intended for culinary appreciation. They do not constitute health, medical, or dietary claims.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunar Coffee and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or consumption of products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific order in dispute.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
