Lunar Coffee Satisfaction & Refund Policy

At Lunar Coffee, we roast exceptional, single-estate coffees sourced directly from Chiriquí, Panama. Because our coffees are small-batch agricultural lots with strictly limited annual availability, our refund policy reflects both our confidence in the cup and the unique nature of our harvest.

First-Order Taste Guarantee

If you are ordering from Lunar Coffee for the very first time, your order is backed by our First-Order Taste Guarantee:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test the coffee.

  • If you do not thoroughly enjoy it, contact us at support@lunarcoffee.com with your order number.

  • We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, regardless of how much coffee is left in the bag.

  • No return shipping required: You do not need to send the coffee back. Keep it, share it with a friend, or compost it.

Subsequent Orders & Preference

Our First-Order Taste Guarantee applies exclusively to your first purchase. On subsequent orders, refunds are not offered for personal taste preferences or changes of mind.

Faults, Transit Damage, and Errors

For all orders beyond your first, we will issue a replacement (subject to harvest availability) or a full refund to your original payment method if:

  • The coffee arrives damaged in transit.

  • The product received does not match the order or bag label.

  • The coffee arrives compromised, unsealed, or demonstrably stale.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lunarcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right immediately.

Unopened Bags

Unopened bags in their original, sealed valve-bag packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected at our US facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed immediately and applied to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days.
