Lunar Coffee Shipping Policy

Specialty coffee is an artisanal food product that peaks with fresh roasting and careful resting. Every order of Lunar Coffee is packaged with freshness valves and dispatched from our US shipping facility.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Orders $50 and over: FREE standard shipping.

  • Orders under $50: Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.95.

  • Destinations: We currently ship exclusively within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Roast & Dispatch Schedule

  • To maximize cup quality and minimize warehouse transit aging, orders are typically packed and dispatched within 48 hours of roasting.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding national postal holidays.

Delivery Times

  • Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on destination and weight.

  • Standard transit times range between 3 to 5 business days following carrier acceptance. Tracking information is emailed automatically once your shipping label is generated.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives torn, crushed, or compromised, please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days at support@lunarcoffee.com.

  • Carrier Delays & Marked "Delivered": If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check all potential drop-off spots, parcel lockers, and with neighbors. If it does not appear within 48 hours of the delivery scan, contact us so we can trace the shipment or initiate a carrier claim.
